Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days for refund (shipping charges will not be refunded). Merchandise cannot be worn or altered in ANY manner. The customer is responsible for return shipping and MUST insure product for retail value amount.
Pricing
We make every attempt to avoid errors in pricing and product information. If a mistake does occur, we reserve the right to correct it. We also have the right (at our discretion), to refuse or cancel any item ordered that is listed at an incorrect price. All prices on this site are in U.S. dollars. If you find any discrepancies please contact us.
Product Images
We have attempted to accurately photograph each piece of merchandise, however some items may appear slightly larger or smaller then actual size, due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Some items may be represented at a larger than actual size in order to clearly show details, or smaller than actual size in order to show the entire item. We can not guarantee that the color you see will be accurate due to the varying degree that colors are shown on computer monitors.
Sizing
All items are sold as 'stock size'. Men's rings are usually a size 10 and women's are usually a size 6. The first sizing is free. However, due to the current rise in price of gold, any ring that is being sized up, over two sizes will have an additional sizing charge. Please contact us for an accurate price quote. In addition there are some rings that will be made in customers ring size. An example of this is a ring that has a pattern going all the way around. This can take up to 4 weeks depending on manufacturer and time of the year.
